About MW Essence
Astrum is a project built on the MW Essence platform, running on Lineage 2 Essence chronicles. The server is focused on the craft-pvp format and targets a European audience with support for both Russian and English. Server launch is April 10 at 20:00 Moscow time (17:00 UTC).
Experience is granted through a tiered system: levels 1–75 at x10, levels 76–79 at x7.5, levels 80–93 at x5, and level 94 and above at x3. Adena drops at x2. Sayha's Blessing has been completely removed, streamlining character leveling. Spellbooks are replaced by a skill coupon system.
Content is released in stages on a set schedule: on April 13, the timed zone Tower of Insolence opens; on April 17, raid boss Gord becomes available; on April 18, Antharas unlocks and Olympiad begins. Castle sieges (Giran and Dion) are held weekly every Sunday from 20:00 to 21:00 GMT+3. Clan wars (Big War) grant access to the Trophy Shop with exclusive rewards.
Gameplay style
The server uses a tiered XP rate system: x10 for levels 1–75, x7.5 for 76–79, x5 for 80–93, and x3 from level 94 onward. Adena drops at a x2 rate. Sayha's Blessing has been removed — it is no longer required during leveling. Spellbooks are replaced by a skill coupon system.
L-Coins can be earned through PvP (no more than once every 20 seconds), with a daily cap of 60,000 coins without a Premium Account and 102,000 with one. Rare accessories can be enchanted without any risk of breaking; Cursed versions also exist, granting 70% of the stats of standard ones. When raid bosses Ant Queen, Core, Zaken, and Orfen respawn, their Chaotic versions have a 25% chance to appear instead. Solo and group dungeons are available for characters with combat power of 250 or higher. A maximum of one client per computer is allowed, but a single player may use up to two different computers.
Who it's for
Astrum is a great fit for players who enjoy active craft-pvp on Essence chronicles with moderately high starting rates and manageable progression. The tiered XP system appeals to both casual players in the early levels and hardcore PvP enthusiasts ready for high-level competition. Russian- and English-speaking players from Europe and the CIS will find a convenient time zone (GMT+3) and bilingual support.
