About the project
L2 Reborn is one of the largest international projects in the world of Lineage 2 private servers, launched in summer 2019. From its inception, the project has been built on three principles: no Pay-to-Win, a ban on multi-boxing abuse (no dualbox), and a no-wipe policy on main servers. The community boasts over 60,000 members on Discord, ensuring a vibrant economy, large-scale sieges, and active clan politics around the clock.
The project offers several directions catering to different audiences. Origins is the flagship High Five server with long-term progression and a stable world. Eternal is an Interlude chronicle server with a main no-wipe world and seasonal worlds with increased rates that eventually merge with the main one. Signature is a hardcore x1 rate server guiding players through C4, C5, and Interlude chronicles. Essence (Goddard) is an Essence chronicle-based server, adapted to L2 Reborn's philosophy: no P2W, no wipes, with dynamic rates.
Currently, 9 servers are running simultaneously, with another 2–3 planned for launch in the coming year. Technically, the project uses an updated client with Quality-of-Life improvements that do not affect original mechanics. The economy is built on player interaction – crafting, spoiling, and trading. To maintain activity, automated events like TvT, CTF, Death Match, and others are implemented. The administration enforces a strict policy against bots, RMT, and cheating.
Project history
L2 Reborn was launched in summer 2019. Since its inception, the project has adhered to an unchanging philosophy: a long-term gaming ecosystem without Pay-to-Win, no wipes, and no multi-boxing abuse. The flagship Origins server has progressed through various chronicles and is currently based on High Five. Over the years, the project has grown to 9 concurrently running servers, with another 2–3 planned for launch in the coming year.
